Qualities of a Good Leader

Through this course, a quality that I have possessed is being able to collaborate with others within a workspace. During volunteering, I showcase my ability to communicate with new individuals and adults through volunteering in the community. As I shared my ideas and work progress when cleaning and organizing different sport equipment during the Kidsport drive. As a student I want to enhance my organization skills within activities, events, and clubs. To practice managing my time effectively and well. It is a good skill to use in future activities and events for proper organization to allow others and myself to work with management and problem solving. By planning and communicating with others within the organization. Writing and scheduling beforehand to avoid rush work and stress for the specific job. 

I can work with others by collaborating with them in different situations and different events. To encourage and provide an example, I can ask questions and listen to other individuals about their point of view, opinions, and judgment. Where other people have different ideas and perspectives that can help and enhance the purpose of the plan. To allow diversity and uniqueness to the topic equally and fairly.
