Technology stresses me out but it also helps me cope. Social media makes me stressed thinking if I don’t look right away I’ll miss it, like if a friend texts me to hang and I don’t see the message. By the time I do they got other plans, making me feel I need to be on my phone more often. On apps like TikTok make me insecure about the way I look.
With all the bad there is good too, I find it easier to do my homework on the computer. And YouTube is useful if you need help with something, songs and my favorite youtuber David Dobrik always keeps me entertained. TikTok and Instagram finds a way to make me laugh. Snapchat I use the most to keep in contact with my friends when were not together.
