1. Copy, paste and cut keyboard shortcuts:

Ctrl+C to copy, Ctrl +V to paste, Ctrl +X to cut

2. Use Smart Lookup to search the internet:

When you highlight a word or a sentence and right click it, you’ll find Smart Lookup, this allows you to to have a quick shortcut to browse the website.

3. Insert links into a document

Keyboard shortcut for adding web links to a document- Ctrl +K. This will help you save a lot of time just like the copy and paste keyboard short cuts.

4. Editor

On the Home tab, you will see Editor. Editor can do a grammar check for you, and give you suggestions about each issue.

5. Translate Text

To translate text in Word, right click your selected text, then click Translate. Choose the language to see the translation, click Insert to put it in your document.
