My learning of CPR

CPR Reflection

The four R’s we used during the unit were Risk, Recognize, React and resuscitate

I think its important to learn about these R’s is due to the fact it is simple to learn and can save a life when used with CPR.

Core Competency Reflection

One of the ways I ensure my partner is clear on what we are supposed to do is to speak clearly and loud so that my voice is easier to hear. One other thing i did is to give easy instructions so that it was easy to follow for a bystander who never learned CPR.

One thing I learned that I didn’t know about the body and CPR is how fibrillation works and what causes heart attacks
