This is a photo that I took of my classmate for the photo scavenger hunt assignment. I took this photo at the very beginning of my photography journey. There are some things that I really do like about this photo and some things that I would like to improve on if I were to re-take this same shot. For the time of I took this photo I liked how I was able to think creatively when coming up with an idea for an object hidden in a photo. However, with my brand-new photography skills that I’ve learned, I believe that I could make this photo look a whole lot better. The first thing that I would do is use a tripod. By using a tripod, I would be able to better straighten and center the subject in this photo. Another thing that I would do is use my new editing skills in photoshop to make this photo look better. By using photoshop I could better match and camouflage the hoodie with the wall. I could also use the complementary color green with the red wall for this photo to make the subject better pop and stand out in the photo. I overall think that for the time of me taking this photo it was an ok picture for me to use for this project. However, if I were to take this photo again with my new photography skills, I believe that this photo would’ve turned out a whole lot better.
