CPR Reflection
a. I didn’t know that while perfoming chest compressions you should have the right hand placement.
b. A key take away that I found out about is that knowing CPR can really save a life and help prolong someones life until emergency services arrive.
c. Having a nutritional diet and getting the nutrients your body needs can help prevent heart attacks and the risk of having a strokes by alot.
Core Compentency Reflection
When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I introduce myself and try to work effectivley with them
One area of CPR in which I’d like to spend more time learning is timing the chest compressions
One of the ways I can see using this learning to help others is saving a life using the CPR I learnt in PHE
