Career Life Project Reflection

This project helped me understand what career life goal I wanted to have. The project game me the chance to research the career path I wanted to go into and what other jobs aligned with my personal interest.I learnt what courses, programs, and schools I need to attent to so I can get the career I want. I also learnt about how important planning is and how a good solid plan can lead you to wherever you want to go. Overall, this project helped me figure out what I wanted to do in the future and im thankfull that I was given this assignment.

Core Compentency Reflection

My strategies for collecting relevant information for specific tasks include using trusted sources and not using websites like Wikepedia. I try to make sure my information is from a trusted website with reliable info and try to avoid social media.

An example of where I built upon someone else’s ideas is when we were assigned a group project and I let my partner start first then added on their idea to improve our mark.

My values around my family and friend inform my decisions about politicial views and what is going on around the world.

I make ethical choices such as asking my group members to participate in an assigment in order to make sure they have a good understanding of what we are doing and making sure no one feels left out or isolated.

I ask and respond to questions to be an active, supportive listener. I am working towards this by getting rid of distractions and trying to remove the problems right away to have as little of a negative impact as possible.
