CPR Reflection

I learned about AED kits and how and when to use them.

A key takeaway point is that if I have to do CPR, I have to push really hard on the persons collar bone.

I think CPR and the nutrition unit have a connection because CPR and nutrition all have to do with a persons life

When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I try to get to know them

One area of CPR in which I’d like to spend more time learning is learn how to use an AED kit
