This photo represents the result of when stress occurs to me. When I am under stress I do not perform well. I am still learning how to manage stress. I care for my wellbeing by being able to not give up when times are tough. I do my 100% and do not listen to what others have to say about me.
Part A) Coping with Stress and Anxiety
o What are the main causes of stress and anxiety in your life, and what strategies have you found most effective in managing them?
To me, stress is pressure, due-dates, upcoming tests, and worrying too much. A main cause to my stress and anxiety is when I feel like I am missing something, Tests, pressure, and due-dates. A strategy I have to manage them is to keep calm. When I feel at ease I am able to focus better. If I take a walk, it would help me calm down.
Part B) Healthy Digital Device Use
o How does the use of digital devices affect your stress and anxiety levels, and what healthy habits can you adopt to manage your device time better?
The usage of devices affect my stress and anxiety levels reminding me of due-dates. When I see due-dates, I feel overwhelmed. A strategy I use to cope with due-dates is to first calm myself down. I calm myself down by talking walks. Talking walks and breathing fresh air makes me feel calm.
