The way I manage my stress is by two main things the first one is if its something I can control such as not doing my homework or having a test or anything like that I would do something about it like for example if it was a test and I was really stressed out about it I would study for it until I feel confident about it and I have no more worrys. If im stressing over something i cant control, like im just nervous for no reason then I will do stuff that I like to take my mind off of it such as playing video games, sleeping, watching tv, talking to my friends and i like to eat when im nervous so that aswell. Technolgy hasent affected my stress in a bad way because if anything it helped because if im ever stuck on a assigment or im dealing with something stressful I can go on it and it will help me and take my mind of the stressful thing.
Core Competency Reflection
I find it easy to be part of a group because I mainly share alot of the same intrests and have the same humour and other kids my age and I also try to be as nice and friendly as i can to them.
I am kind to others, and support others when they need it because I always want my friends to feel good and if I ever need support they can support me, so that is why is strongly believe in this.
I participate in classroom or group activities that improve the class, school, or community becuase I mainly like to be around other people and one of he ways I can do that is by participating in group/class, and I also like to improve things in any way I can.
