Communication

I can understand and share information about a topic of interest in a clear, organized way. During science, I’d actively listen to the speaker, reflect, and share my thoughts on the same topic. I’ll phrase words and sentences to make them easier to understand. If it’s something I don’t understand, I’m able to ask peers and/or translate to make it easier for me to understand. Sometimes before sharing my information, I’ll gather everything, organize them, then share them in a clear way.

Artifact

We gathered tons of batteries and combined them into a series circuit.

Explanation

I’d share my thoughts on what we could change and test different amount of lights to test brightness. Through this activity, I gained skills such as ways to make a circuit, using different materials and identifying whether they’re insulators or conductors. After that activity, I’m able to put together many parts into a series circuit, and drawing the layout. I need to improve on identifying insulators and conductors, I’d say it’s the hardest part to me.
