Breakfast Hash

Making and Sharing Reflection

The breakfast hash is one of my favorite recipe. I made mine with bacon, yams, peppers brussel sprouts, onions, egg, cheese and seasoning to finish it off. In order to make this we had to fill our recipe out. Talking to our partners to figure out what we vegetables we wanted and how to make it. First we put our pan on the stove on medium low heat. We washed, diced, and sliced all our ingredients. Sautéing all our vegetables until it was tender. We seasoned them to our liking, crack an egg in the center, added cheese on top. Afrer we talked with our group and we were all ready we put it in the oven. Once the breakfast hash was done we took it out, took some pictures and enjoyed it.

Core Competency Reflection

I know the group is working well together when I hear or see everyone working together, positive energy, saying nice things and everything going smoothly.

One of the ways I ensure my group is clear on the common purpose is to ask and make sure people know what is suppose to happen if not, I could go over what might of been said, re read the instructions to them and just let them know what’s happening.

When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I tend to ask questions to get to know them better. Like what sports they play, some hobbies, maybe if we know the same people and just try and start conversations.

If there is disagreement within the group, I find it helpful to figure out the problem, what may be causing the disagreement and compromising with what’s going on.
