A couple weeks ago Mr.Kent introduced to welding, that includes safty test, the proper equipments/tools to use and finally how to use the weld. Mr Kent told us to ”play around”, so to get to know the weld and using the weld in different settings. For example turning the voltage up and the wire speed down. In the beginning I had trouble finding the proper settings for me, but after testing the different welds I found the right one.
Our project was to build 2 exactly the same dices. One of the steps was to weld every side of the dice together. My final dices turned out good, but I would like to have done another cover on the edges of the dice. In the end result you can see welding spots.
