Leadership Quality I Have: I’m a good listener. For instance, during group projects, I make sure everyone has a chance to share their ideas and concerns. This helpes the team feel heard and make it easier for us to work together.

Leadership Skill I Have: I’m an organized person. when me and my classmates are asked to do a project, I creat a plan, set deadlines, and assign tasks, to make sure we get the work done on time. This organization helps us stay on track and finish the project successfully.

Leadership Quality I Want to Develop: I want to become more patient. Sometimes, when things get tough and i feel pressured, I can feel a bit stressed. I’d like to learn how to stay calm and patient, so I can guide my team through challenges without getting frustrated.

Leadership Skill I Want to Develop: I want to improve my problem-solving skills. If conflicts rise in my team, I want to be better at finding solutions that everyone can agree on. Developing this skill will help us work smoothly together, even when we face difficulties, and go through obstacles.

I can encourage others to share their voice and value diverse perspectives. 


I try to create an environment where everyone feels okay speaking up. If someone is a bit quieter, I make an effort to ask them what they think because everyone’s opinion matters. I also appreciate hearing from people with different backgrounds or experiences because it adds variety to our ideas. It’s like having a bunch of puzzle pieces – each one is unique, but when we put them together, we get a complete picture. When we work together and consider different viewpoints, we can come up with better solutions because everyone brings something special to the group. So, I value other peoples perspectives and voices, as i think having diverse perspectives is a key part of making our teamwork better and more effective.
