
Through the presentations I was able to Learn that CPR is a life-saving skill because it helps keep someone’s heart beating in an emergency. Additionally, I also learned that Naloxone is also important because it can quickly reverse an opioid overdose, which could mean the difference between life and death. Finally, I learned that Understanding substances and their risks helps people make safer choices and support those struggling with addiction. These topics matter because they prepare me for real-life emergencies, giving me the knowledge to step in and possibly save a life when it counts the most.

I can analyze evidence to make judgments. Learning about CPR, Naloxone, and substances has shown me the importance of relying on facts and training rather than assumptions in emergencies. By understanding the science behind these topics, i can make informed decisions that could help save a life.
