Fettuccine Chicken Mushroom Alfredo

Making and Sharing Reflection
In this recipe we used a knife, cutting board, pot, spoon, stove, small measures, dry measures, and liquid measurements. In this recipe I matched all of the product standards. The pasta had to be Al dente, the chicken had to be tender and flavourful. The cream sauce had to be creamy, flavourful, and rich(high in fat) The design of the pasta was to twirl the pasta with tongs and garnish it with focaccia and basil on top.
Core Competency Reflection
I am an active listener, I notice that I don’t talk when the teacher is talking and I always give my full attention When others talk.
Examples of where I communicate clearly and purposefully can be seen in when I am Filling out the recipe in my table group and talking about jobs and tasked that we will do so we Finnish making our food on time.
One way I ensure my group is clear on the common purpose is to ask them if they are happy with what job they have and when I Finnish doing my task I will try to help others with their task.
