
The technique I choose was rolling my bread in a perfect circle. I chose this technique specifically because I really enjoy making this dish and the circles were never round. I didn’t use any website or video to help me. I just asked my grandma. I made an Indian style bread that is filled with potato, cheese, and spices. The advice I would give to someone who would like to try and make this is to just be patient and take your time. It takes more than one try to make it perfectly round and you won’t get it right away so don’t rush it. The main challenge I overcame was when I would roll it out the sides would look bumpy and wavy. The way I overcame it was instead of rolling it over and over again I used my hands to press the sides a little bit and make it more flat. It still didn’t come out completely straight but it was better than before. I think my greatest success was it actually came out with a decent shape and wasn’t lopsided. I am pretty proud of the fact that I took my time to make it taste and look good.
