For this cooking option I made something pretty traditional, mattar paneer. Mattar paneer is a really tasty Indian dish, it’s almost like soup. It smells like various Indian spices, and it tasted kind of like a chicken soup and spices even though it is a vegetarian dish. It really warms you up when you eat it. I’m not to sure as to when this tradition started but I know it has been around for a long time. In all honesty any kind of Indian food is tradition you can’t really pick one. This tradition is important to my family in the sense it is something everybody always enjoys and the only thing my picky sister will finish. The best part about this dish is the paneer. It is almost like a cheese, it is made of milk, and the taste is so different it’s hard to explain but it is delicious. I think the only challenge I had was when I essentially started making this it was very thick from the onions, garlic, ginger, and spices, but I worked through it by adding water. The greatest success was actually the soup itself. It was super flavourful and even though the dish is vegetarian it’s tasted like chicken noodle soup. The thing that I am most proud of from this experience was that my family really enjoyed it, and I didn’t mess it up.
I love paneer and that looks amazing ngl lmao
