Curricular Competencies Reflection

During this assignment I learned different aspects of indigenous culture such as the stories they share, the difficulties they face from racism and what they were born into. I connected the purpose of the author to the views they tried to share to readers through their book. My reading skills grew as I connected what I read to deeper topics.
