I manage stress through a daily basis by being able to relax and chill down. I somehow find a way to cool down by just drinking a couple cup of green tea and at times I would do a short yoga and focus back on working in my school activity and Homeworks. Managing stress is one of the hardest things to do cause sometimes whenever I try to manage my stress I would at times overthink on what could happen if I unwind and what would happen if I even tried not think of school stuffs, it gets crazy but easiest ways to calm and control stress, is by deep breathing and finding ways to do it in your own capable way to dealing with stress.
I demonstrate respectful, inclusive behavior, I would often like to keep in my behavior within the school activity I’m doing, let’s say I take my time to actually critical think while being able to play the activity, let’s say in soccer you think fast of what’s the next move to achieve the goal for your team and often be respectful about sportsmanship.
I find it easy to be part of a group, sometimes I find it hard to fit in, but at times I would try to mix or blend in with the people I’m put in a group and learn they’re ways of how they manage to act in a group and try to blend in with a little attitude they have, but overall, it really just takes good communication and positive vibes.
Lastly, I am kind to others, and support others when they need it, I would keep everything that I do manageable and respectful to my teammates and peers, whether it’s playing the game in a specific rule they want, or even if they just might need a little support on what kind of ideas they have, like maybe change the game rule up a bit or even trying to explain how the game works, I can support by being able to keeps a heads up and focus and maybe share a little advice.
