Using Feedback to improve

Most of the percentage of the time people would learn from mistakes. But I believe using feedbacks before you make a mistake is much more reasonable, because using feedbacks will at times save you from making mistakes. But it also doesn’t mean that you stopped making mistakes. Even if you take feedbacks, you’d still get mistakes. But when receiving feedbacks, you get to sense what went wrong, or what did you do wrong, and what could be the solution, or what given hint are you to take from getting that feedback before you could make a mistake. I found this helpful in many ways because it doesn’t teach me that when your gaining advice or feedback it doesn’t mean that they’re trying to tell you how bad your work is or how often you make mistakes. it’s about gaining the confidence and honesty you get from the person that gave you that feedback and trusting their feedbacks. It could be teachers, counsellors, tutors, and even peers. But what matters is that this helped me with earning honesty, courage and improvements on my work.

Core Competency Reflection

By receiving feedback, I can work on my self-esteem and my improvements because it helped me with what I need to learn. And if I was to rely on feedbacks as part of me when face hard challenges, I would most likely use it to improve my work and to get better grades and improve my confidence with my work.
