Problem
The problem is that the family wants to have everyone cook at least once a week and that the meals are spread evenly among their strengths and weaknesses. The meal plan should be able to fluidly spread among their weekly activities. The family wants to know who, when, and what dinner will be cooked.

Justification
Monday: I choose teen 2 to cook because he has no after school activates and teen 1 is available in case teen 2 needs help. The recipe we chose for him to cook is Black Bean Tacos because the recipe is quite simple and does not involve an oven. Dinner is going to be ready at 6:00pm so that gives parent B half an hour from when they get home to dinner being ready and an hour from when dinner is ready until they go to their fitness class.
Tuesday: I choose teen 1 to cook because she has no after school activates. The recipe we chose for her to cook is Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas. Dinner is going to be ready at 5:45pm so that gives teen 2 45 minutes from when dinner is ready until they go to their soccer practice.
Wednesday: I choose parent A to cook because between parent A and parent B, parent A gets home earlier. The recipe we chose for them to cook is Beef and Spinach Lasagna because it takes longer, but no one has after dinner activities. Dinner is going to be ready at 6:15pm so that gives parent A 25 min from when they get home until they have to start to cook dinner.
Thursday: I choose parent B to cook dinner because they get home at 5:50pm and have no other activates. The recipe we chose for them to cook is Chickpea Cauliflower Curry because they get home from work later than everyone else so they cook a recipe that takes a shorter amount of time. Dinner is going to be ready at 6:15pm so that gives parent B 20 min from when they get home until they have to start to cook dinner.
Friday: I choose parent A to cook because other than teen 2, they get home the earliest, at 4:30pm, and have no other activities. The recipe we chose for them to cook is Ginger-Glazed Salmon. Dinner is going to be ready at 6:15pm so that is the same time as Wednesday and Thursday.

Collaboration Reflection
We shared information with each other by using a Word document that was shared with everyone in our group. All our group members had shared a document in Word before so it was not new for any of us. We distributed the tasks such that each person in our group chose a person in the family and planned the solution in the table. One person in our group was done first so they found the recipe. We all had an equal amount of work except one person did two days. I completed Wednesday and Friday on the table, wrote my justification, and helped distribute tasks to other group members.
