inspiration ! ☆

What really inspired me to learn Japanese was how interesting I found it. Both the culture and the language interest me, and I wanted to learn more about both. I also thought it was the most interesting out of the three language choices we were given (not the the others AREN’T interesting). Anime also may or may not be a smaller reason I wanted to learn the language. But we don’t talk about that.

goal ! ☆

I want to be able to at least READ Hiragana. Basic enough, but it’s my goal. And getting there’s been kind of easy so far. We’ve learned a lot of it after all. A side thing might be annoying my sister by talking to her in Japanese because she’s fed up with me, but that’s another thing we don’t talk about!!

motivation ! ☆

Keeping myself motivated throughout the course might be a little bit of a challenge. But, I’m willing to push myself by studying as much as I can. If I do find that I’m struggling, I’m definitely going to use some flex blocks for the class. Whatever it takes to learn!!
