I can interact with other and my surroundings respectively.

-I can do this because I ran the CENT store and was working with group members along with the merchandise and other items for sale. I respected my group members and we worked together well. I also had to speak with customers and help them decide on what they were interested in posting.

I advocate for myself and my ideas;

-While running the store we were required to come up with a promotion. I was able to come up with the idea of having a mini hoop contest. One had three chances to get the ball in the net dependent on how many times they got it in that was the amount of times their name was put in the draw. The draw was to win 50% off a hoodie or free T-shirt and other miscellaneous items. The promotion was successful and we made many sales.
