Stress is something everybody deals with, and everybody deals with it differently with technology. I don’t have too many issues with technology now. During the pandemic technology caused the most stress, I needed to learn how to use new sites. Like teams and OneNote. I started to feel stress tons more than usual. A way I manage that stress is by doing breathing exercises. So, when I was ever stressed I would take time to breathe. That helps me regulate myself. That relieves stress for me. Now I have learned so much about Teams and Onenote. Technology has helped me so much thanks to those sites. Now I am able to do assignments during school, I have been able to manage stress so much better now. Thanks to technology.
