Being overly connected and overwhelmed with notifications can be stressful. On the other hand, it can also be an excellent tool for self care and relaxation. This year, technology has made it easier for me to access tools for mindfulness and relaxation as well as to stay in touch with loved ones. - I find it easy to settle in with a community because it can be incredibly enjoyable and rewarding. For my part, I adore being a part of a community where people can encourage and support one another.

3. I take part in group or classroom activities that benefit the community, school, or class.ย Participating in activities that have a positive effect is one of the best ways to contribute. In the neighbourhood, school, or classroom, participation can genuinely change things.
