In this semester I found that for the persuasive presentation I did really good on creating the power point and expressing my voice in the voice over.

CORE COMPATANCY REFLECTION

In this assignment I think that I grew in my reading skills by finding the information for the things that I needed for the assignment.

In this assignment I’d say i grew in communication because i worked up my strength to not be so nervous to even do a voice over and usually i would be quite nervous for that.

COMUNICATION

I would consider my audience for this presentation really good. They were supportive and had a nice response to it. I represented my idea’s successfully in a way of adding in all my thought about it because I knew lots about the topic of skiing. The only thing i think i would improve for next time would be actually talking and presenting it live in front of the class instead of on a voice over.

THINKING

how I formed and developed my ideas was a little more so on the creative side of things with choosing my own pictures for the slides.

PERSONAL/SOCIAL

I encouraged my peers in this class assignment by cheering them on once they finished there presentation.

Doing Hands On Activities. For this I chose to talk about foods 10. I was making breakfasts hash. I chose this learning aspect because for cooking it is a very hands-on thing. i think i did really good because I followed the recipe and guidelines.

I can identify ways in which my strengths can help me meet my challenges as in if I were to be working on some work in class it helps me to work with someone. So if I work with someone that can help; me focus and get my work don easier.

In this semester in social studies nine I have developed academically by showing how I prepared for a test by either writing down notes mostly and also sometimes making cue cards.

I can explore and engage with materials and sources by reading through them and taking good notes on the topic of the source/material.
