Why is it important to remember who benefits from the advertisement when you view an advertisement?

It is important to remember this because when you look at an advertisement and see that it’s for say apple then that would be safe and you’d know that they benefit from it because its their product. But if it was for lets say “ear pods wireless” you have no idea what this is who benefits from it and if they are even a save company

Core Competency Reflection

One of the ways I ensured me and my partner knew what we were doing was to make sure we each had a part. So we divided the work evenly to make sure we each do are part.

I showed others that I truly valued their contributions by adding their ideas into the PowerPoint or advertisement poster. I’d also ask them if there was anything missing or if they had any ideas for something too.

Core Competency Reflection

  1. When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I take a mental short break where I just listen to some music and draw or look at my phone quickly.
  2. I respectively advocate for my needs by asking for help if needed or ask for a teacher to explain it to me one on one so I can easily understand.
  3. I notice when people are feeling left out so I try my best to try to get people included in some things to make them feel included.

One goal I have for myself for next time is to try to stay focused as much as possible. To achieve that goal I will focus on my own work and not get distracted by others. I will not get distracted by others talking and making noise around me. And lastly I will try not to use my phone until I’m finished all my work

This year in English we have covered a lot including silent reading everyday at the start of the day, reading comprehension, bending quotations, paragraph writing, 6 traits of writing notes, personal story’s, plot, story setting, characterization elements. I enjoyed learning about paragraph writing because I enjoy writing things like that so it was fun to do that in class. when i am having trouble with something i usually either ask the teacher or ask someone in my table group.
