
How I manage my stress is walking my dog while listening to music. I find this very helpful when I am feeling overwhelmed and nervous. I personally think that having a point in the day where I am not on social media or anything like that on my phone I find that very helpful for my mental health and feel able to get stuff done. Technology has impacted my stress this year in not great way but that’s just the social media part and then the other aspect of tech is a good thing because it can help you stay organized and look at school stuff which can help you stay on task. I can use it to support my wellbeing by using it for school things and fun games

I am kind to others, and support others when they need it: I can relate to this one because when others need help i try my very best to help them and I also try to be kind to everyone.
I find it easy to be part of a group: I like being part of a group because then I am able to bounce my ideas of other peoples and work together with other people the only thing is that if I don’t know my group super well then I tend to find it trickier to work with them but other than that I work super well with people.
I demonstrate respectful, inclusive behavior: I agree with this one because I do feel life I am good at demonstrating good behavior in class such as I am a quite person and also respectful and inclusive to others in the class so I feel like I can really relate to it.
