If there is disagreement within the group, I find it helpful to find an idea that satisfies everyone. That may mean a hybrid of both ideas or a vote where the majority wins. I like to make sure all people are heard, even if their ideas will not be included in the final edit. I believe that everyone deserves a chance to share their thoughts, ideas, and feelings.

One strategy or activity that stimulates my imagination is looking at examples of previous or similar assignments. I like to use those to be the base of my own. I may include the layout of their project or the colour scheme instead. I sometimes use their font for my writing portion however, all of my words and pictures are my ideas.

The benefits of my diverse relationships includes learning new things from different backgrounds and exploring various, struggles, and strengths. My friends have taught me a lot about their lives and I continue to learn more from them each day.
