When I first started French in semester 2, I did not know my le’s from my la’s. I was unsure about conjugating -re verbs and was unaware of how to ask simple questions in French. Now I can not only read French but also speak simple sentences and form paragraphs. This class has taught me so much and I look forward to French 10 and French 11 with my Madame Ward. Not only has she made French more bearable, but she also incorporates games and projects which are fun and educational. The project in the picture above is the final project we did in this course, which focused on my family (ma famille). If I had attempted this at the start of the course, my mark would have been very, very different. Without all the lessons and words I learned in this class, I would not be the French speaker I am today.
