Core Competency Reflection

For this activity we used strawberries to get our DNA strand. We put strawberries in a bag with soap and salt and began to mash it all up. Once we had mashed the strawberries with the other substances we moved the mixture to a little tube and continued to mix it for another 2 minutes or so. After we mixed we were able to take the DNA strand out using the stick. For this experiment/assignment i was able to use my creative thinking skills.
