When I need to work collaboratively with people I don’t know well, I plan to find a time the group can meet. When I have worked on group projects in the past, I have found that it is often more difficult to work on group projects when the whole group isn’t working on it at the same time. I want to make sure the groups I’m in know when to meet so that we can communicate effectively as we work.
By making Quizlets for my classes, I make a positive difference to my peers. Creating study resources for tests and quizzes is not only helpful to me, but also to others. I plan to make study resources that will be useful to myself and my classmates.
One of the ways I plan to ensure my group is clear on the common purpose is to make an outline/plan on big projects before starting work. It can be difficult to work on group projects when it is unclear what we want to do. We can make a plan early on so that we can work towards a more specific goal.
