How do your goals align to some of your strengths and qualities?
In the past, I have been getting straight A’s in most terms/semesters. I wanted to make sure that I still put in an effort to my courses, but not more than what is reasonable.
How did you make decisions based on your values?
I found that one thing that was important to me was getting enough sleep. At the start of the year, I was getting about 9 hours, but recently I’ve been getting less than 8. I wanted to set a goal to help myself get back on track.
How have you shown that you will manage or support your wellbeing?
I will take smaller steps to achieve each of these goals, and remind myself of them daily.
What strategies will you use to monitor and progress in your goals?
I can record my progress, or the most “measurable” parts of my progress frequently (e.g. recording grades throughout the course, or recording how much free time I have each day)
How have you advocated for yourself and took ownership of your learning?
I have set my own goals based on my values, and made sure that they are relevant to my well-being and/or important habits.
