My inquiry project was about technological changes in the war. This project taught me how to not leave stuff till the last minute. For the first couple of parts of this project I should have gotten a jump start on the project, but I waited till last minute. The most important parts of this project was learning how to research and make some of your own notes. I also learned about how weapons evolved up to today. I learned about tanks, machine guns and communication devices. This was cool to see how they evolved. Overall, my topic has a big impact on today’s world because it has shaped the world and made it the way it is today.

1. An example of where I took a significant risk in my thinking or the expected process was when i took the risk and did a power point instead of doing a essay this was a risk because lots of people told me that the power point would be much harder.
2. An example of where I built upon someone else’s ideas is when we started learning about WW1 and i learned about weapons like machine guns and this gave me the idea to make that my topic.
3. I use evidence to make judgements or decisions, as demonstrated in my research part.

Plot, Character, Setting and Mood

Explain how you figured out what your Avatar would look like.

To figure out what my protagonist and antagonist look like I followed a couple of steps. When I was reading my book I thought about a old friend named Chase. I made them look like how they were described in the book and I also used my imagination.

· How did you choose the plot points? First I went of and noted down the important things in the story then put them in order. The plots in the story were really interesting to read about.

· Explain how you figured out the setting in your story. Why is the setting significant to the story? I found out the setting when Chase went to his middle school. This is a significant setting in the story because this is were lots of action takes place.

· Explain what the word mood means and how/why you picked the song that you picked? I picked a song that would match the energy of the book and a song that the audience would enjoy I spent a lot of time trying to figure out the perfect song.

· This is how I select images and words to create impact for different audiences: For this book report I tried my best to use some new words I have learned in the past couple of months to catch the attention of my audience.

· Examples of where I communicate clearly and purposefully can be seen in. I tried my best to speak loud and use lots of enthusiasm when I was doing my presentation.

· In discussions and conversations, I help to build and extend understanding by listening to others speak and be respectful. I do that because if i show a goof attitude towards my peers hopefully they can show the same attitude towards me.
