Mac N Cheese

Making And Sharing Reflection
In making mac and cheese, I chose the appropriate tools like pots, measuring cups, and a whisk, and planned the time needed to cook the pasta and prepare the cheese sauce. I created the dish while incorporating feedback from my lab partners, especially when adjusting the seasoning and thickness of the sauce. Sharing our progress as we cooked allowed us to taste and make small changes to improve flavor and texture. Once the mac and cheese was finished, we decided to share it with the class to see how others liked it. Reflecting on the process, I realized that collaborating and communicating effectively helped us work efficiently and keep our workspace organized. I also identified new possibilities, such as trying different types of cheese or adding toppings like breadcrumbs or vegetables to enhance the dish. Overall, this lab taught me how planning, teamwork, and feedback can create a successful and delicious final product.
