Breakfast Casserole

After weeks of making various breakfast labs we got to put our knowledge to work and make our own recipe to share with staff and students. We browsed through Pinterest and got to each find our own recipe to make with a partner, my partner and i chose to make a potato, sausage and egg casserole. We split the duties equally by preparing the ingredients, cooking them on the stove first and then baking it in the oven.

The casserole turned out well and had the right consistency and flavor. I gave myself a 5 on this lab because my partner and I worked well together and executed our product excellently.
