As a person who feels the effects of stress heavily, my main de-stressors are, doing some exercise, reading a book, doing yoga. However, I would say gymnastics help me the most, I am in the gymnastics gym for hours and hours every week and it really helps me get my mind off things. For me personally I feel that technology is a two-way street, I used to sit on my phone for hours comparing myself to other people I had never even met before, after I got into taking care of myself, I started to use tech in a more positive way. Technology can help support your wellbeing because there are so many resources on the internet that can help you feel better.
I am kind to others, and support others when they need it. When someone is confused about something that we are doing, I always help them to understand it better. If a person does not have a partner or if they need help setting something up, I do not ignore them.
I find it easy to be part of a group. In anything I enjoy being with a group. I think I work well with a group because I pull my weight and don’t leave it for others.
I participate in classroom or group activities that improve the class, school, or community. In all my classes I participate in the group activity’s even if it’s not my favorite thing, I always try my best and I am a positive teammate.
