3 Takeaways from the CPR, Substance Abuse and/or Naloxone presentations, l learned that how important it is to act fast when someone needs help, and they show us how to do chest compressions and rescue breathing. Substance abuse presentation teach us about addiction and the different drugs people might abuse, and they talk about ways to get help if we or someone we know needs it. Naloxone presentation explain how to use a medicine that can help save someone’s life if they overdose on opioids, like painkillers or heroin. All these talks help us learn how to help others and take care of ourselves in emergencies.

When I look at the signs someone needs CPR and remember what I learned about it, l use what I know to decide if giving CPR is the right thing to do to help someone who might be in trouble.
