Critical Thinking & Reflective Thinking

This experiment helped me develop critical thinking by requiring me to apply chemical concepts like solubility equilibrium and Ksp when doing and analyzing the experiment. I had to carefully prepare and mix solutions, observe patterns in precipitation, and use those observations to estimate Ksp values. This involved analyzing data, spotting inconsistencies, and considering sources of error like inaccurate measurements or temperature changes.

Through reflective thinking, I became more aware of how small mistakes can affect experiment results and learned to question my own assumptions during the experiment. It also taught me the importance of careful observation and detailed note-taking, especially when interpreting results. Overall, this experiment improved my ability to think logically, question outcomes, and reflect on how I can improve in future labs.
