Communication And Personal Core Competencies

For my core competencies I chose communication because I feel like during the lab there was lots of collaboration and communication between me and my partner. We collaborated well and helped each other to better understand the lab and diffusion as a whole. I also chose personal because I learned more about diffusion and now have a better understanding for this unit. Me and my partner both had our strengths and weaknesses and applied them to the lab by supporting our weaknesses.
