Technology & Wellbeing Reflection

Technology is something that can help me get over stressful situations and at other times be the cause of the stress. When I am managing my stress I very rarely use technology to try to fix it as I find it as no help in most situations. I don’t find technology as something that stresses me out as it’s very easy to block out because it’s not happening in real life. In the past year technology has done nothing but help me and hasn’t given me any hardships. If I’m ever stressed out there are many ways to use technology to my advantage. This could be by calling someone, looking at helpful websites, or playing music that I find relaxing. Overall Technology is a helpful tool for many things in life which includes helping out your stress.

Core Competency Reflection

I am kind to others, and support others when they need it. I do this because helping out others can make you a lot happier as well. It feels good to give out support because you know that the other person would do the same for you.

I find it easy to be part of a group. I find it easy because when you just stop worrying about what other group members will think of you it makes it easier to fit in with them. I also enjoy being in a group than being alone in most cases.

I demonstrate respectful, inclusive behavior. I do this by not saying mean things to others and including as many people as I can when possible. It is always best to either say something nice or nothing at all to people which is what I do.
