My Artifact

My artifact is an image from our acid-base lab. In the back you can see our spot table where we did our experiments.

Explanation

The Core Competency we used the most was Communication. Communication was a huge role in this lab. We communicated with each other to make sure we were following the instructions properly. We shared our thoughts/ information during the lab, if one of us was unsure of something we were able to talk it out and compromise on an answer. We decided who was going to do each step, making sure we each got an equal opportunity to put the elements into the spot plate. We also communicated who would get the elements and who would clean up. We made sure to talk a lot during the lab to make sure we were both on the same page. Both of us listened to each other, we respected each other and our ideas. We made sure we had equal opportunity to participate in this lab by talking with each other, through out the entire lab.
