My 2022/2023 Year
what has gone well..
This year has been a successful year transitioning from middle to high school. This covers some aspects of developing new relationships and connections, but the focus was establishing my own impendence as I struggled stepping out of my comfort zone but progressively become better along the journey. Academically, I have taken a variety of courses and made new self-discoveries for art-related subjects, particularly drafting designs and textiles, and my interest in perusing a future career choice in either architecture or textiles ahead. Overall, it was good. I was able to maintain the workload and achieve decent grades despite having poor work habits and other areas that need development I’ll like to work on.
Areas to Improve

| participating, getting involved… | I want to improve getting involved in class discussion and participate more during class. Action plan for this is trying not to hesitate clarifying questions, as well as being prepared through reviewing the subject topics beforehand, therefore I feel confident in contributing. |
| time management, work habits… | Focus on discipline through following out a schedule, which will there be a specific time block focus on prioritizing my assignments and avoid any distractions, for instance lessen my technology usage. This will improve on not procrastinating as it will improve not having much workload and being stressed over it. |
| socializing | Initiating small conversations through class discussion within either group-based setting, as well as trying to meet new people, to overall get out of my comfort zone rather than avoiding it, as it won’t improve. |
