My Reflection

This was our first lab and it turned out great. I thought this lab was easy because I have made cookies at home a lot before but it challenging to locate all the equipment we needed in the kitchen. We were able to see everyone’s abilities in the kitchen and figure out who may need some extra help. I would definitely make this recipe again. The one thing that I need to improve on is making the cookies the same size.
