This recipe had oven safety when cooking the scones and stove safety for the spinach, egg and bacon. this was a quick bread poached egg and fried bacon method. this recipe was very nutritious and had all of the food groups. the only challenge/ struggle i had was poaching the egg. my success was the scone it was delicious and flakey. it definitely met product standards. clean up was great and we worked really good as a team. i would definitley make this again it was amazing. i liked everything about this recipe and if i had to do this again i’d use a fried egg instead of a poached egg.
