Personal Awareness and Responsibility: How I manage school-related stress

When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, i listen to music to calm myself and redirect my attention to my work.

Some of the things I do to stay mentally and physically healthy include different excercises. i usually walk on my running mashine or practive kickboxing. This usually hypes me up or makes me feel positive after which helps me both mentally and physically.

When I am feeling down about school, I remind myself that time will pass eventually ill be able to leave or stay with my friends. Or maybe just get over the fact.

When I make mistakes, I don’t beat myself up. Instead I tell myself its not a big deal and get over the fact. learning off of it.
