
PHE Core Competency Reflection
I can demonstrate self-regulation and use coping strategies for stress such as listening to music or exercising. Music always puts me in a positive mood and helps me calm down even if I’m in tough or stressful situations. Exercising also helps me get rid of stress; making my body more healthy and become energized.
I can make decisions and take steps to support my wellbeing, including a healthy balanced lifestyle with my device time by only using my phone when it’s really needed, like calling or texting for plans. Or using to do to important work like schoolwork or other types of homework. I can also try to get a healthier lifestyle with my devise by realizing and trying to change how much i really use my devise. Like if I had used 5 hours of my devise then i can make it my goal to use it less tomorrow.
