Nutrition Reflection
some things that surprised while doing this was a ate healthier than I thought I was eating, I ate a lot of healthy foods and drank a lot of water which helped gain a lot of energy to do my day to day routine.
some areas I think that I could improve on are my physical activity and trying to eat breakfast more, I haven’t been in sports recently so that’s why my physical activity isn’t that great, and in the mornings before school I don’t have a lot of time to make food before I have to leave.
every night i get about 6-7 hours of sleep which isn’t that bad but could be improved, on weekends i go to sleep way later then i would on a normal school day. I would normally go to bed around 9 on school days and on the weekends i would normally go to bed around 11:30.

i work very well with others to get a task done, my social abilities are play a key role in my strengths to work well with others.
I can understand and share information about a topic of interest in a clear, organized way.
its very easy for me to talk about certain topics that I am interested in, I can explain all my thoughts in a very clear way for people to understand.
final thoughts
after I watched game changers I took the diets into deep thoughts and thought that staying on a plant based diet isn’t the best option for the human body, humans need protein to keep there bodies going, in my opinion you miss a lot of things that you would normally need to have everyday.
one things that really stuck out to me was how well people manged to keep a healthy body without eating protein and being on a plant based diet, for me I do like to eat meat so if I were to ever try this kind of diet it wouldn’t work well for me.
