Core Competency Reflection

If there is disagreement within the group, I find it helpful to come to a compromise where both people can agree on what ever it is. If they refuse to come to a agreement you come up with a different solution.

I show that I value feedback from others in my group by listening and trying there ideas or incorporating there ideas into the project.

Goal

An example of an idea I developed that was new to my peers is…

I need to work on sharing my ideas with bigger groups and people I do not know.

PHE9 Reflection

what are your strengths?

I am always on time to get to class. I bring the appropriate things for PHE. I am willing to try new things people teach me. I try to do thing to the best of my ability at that moment.

what are your stretches?

Communicating with my my classmates when needed.

what can you do to improve on your stretches?

working on strategy’s for when I get overwhelmed and can not speak at that moment. communicating with my classmates ahead of time before I can not speak.

Core Competency Reflection

I can apply constructive strategies to navigate misunderstandings and conflicts.

I tried in the basketball unite to communicate what I was actually happening but the people around me and teachers did not listen to what I was saying.

I can tell what is important to me and I can explain my values.

basketball is really important to me but it does not mean I am better than everyone there.

I can identify my strengths and identify my potential.

I can play basketball but I have my limits and I could be better if others would let me.
